The reward of JB-Tag at Ballorig Almere
Following the success at Ballorig Wijhe, Ballorig Almere was excited to bring our JB-Tag game system in-house. The summer of 2024 was the time, and of course, we wanted to see the reactions firsthand! So we went to Almere to check out how the kids were experiencing the new game.
Taking play to the next level
At Ballorig Almere, we got a warm welcome from Andy, who gave us an enthusiastic tour of the play area. “Our location is a bit smaller and mainly focused on younger kids,” he said, “but with JB-Tag, we now also have a cool activity for the older ones.” And that challenge was quickly embraced: “Some kids come here weekly, and there are even those who play JB-Tag day after day – that really says something!”
At the front desk, kids can buy their JB-Tag wristband and jump right in. The game is straightforward: interactive lights are scattered throughout the play area, and every time one is found and scanned, kids earn points. “They dive in right away to find the lights and, of course, try to get the highest score!”

A reward as an extra motivator
JB-Tag isn’t just about the game, it’s also about the reward! As soon as players earn enough points, the score is fully adjustable in the portal, they can pick up a cool prize. Whether you want to include a reward or not, and what that reward is, is completely your choice. It’s a great way to keep kids motivated to play!
At Ballorig Almere, for example, kids now get a spinner when they hit 25,000 points. Andy shared his excitement about the flexibility: “We love that we get to choose the prizes ourselves. During summer, we gave out ice cream so the kids could cool down after playing. It keeps everything fun and unexpected!”
Delivery & installation
At Ballorig Almere, the delivery and setup went smoothly. “We could choose a time that worked best for us,” Andy said. “The JB Tag Solutions team showed up right on time and handled everything for us. The clear instruction video gave us a great overview of how the system works. The whole process went super smoothly.”
For Andy, the follow-up support is also a big benefit: “It’s easy to reach JB Tag Solutions if anything ever comes up. So far, we haven’t needed to, but it’s reassuring to know they’re always ready to help!”
