Operation & Features (7)
JB-Tag has developed a clear play system for the children. This way, children can register themselves by entering their play name and choosing an avatar. Then, the game starts, and the children can tag as many lights as possible with their Tag wristband. This automatically earns them points. Different points are linked to a specific color of light (adjustable via the portal). In the meantime, a player can check their own score and the remaining playtime as often as they wish at the JB-Tag column. When a child has reached a certain number of points, they are allowed to collect a deserved prize (adjustable via the portal) at the counter. We will set up the system so that, for example, after 15 or 20 minutes of play, the child may collect their prize, ensuring that every child always wins a prize. Even though the child has reached the score to collect the prize, they can still continue to play and increase their score sky-high!
After a player has earned the required number of points (adjustable via the portal), they can collect a prize. It can be configured whether or not a prize is linked to an achievement. Additionally, you can set which prize can be won—for example, candy or a surprise egg. By attaching a fun reward to the game system, many children will be encouraged to play.
There is no limit to the number of participants in the game system.

The registration screen easily gives players the option to create teams. Players can check both their individual scores and the team scores. A great feature for children's parties!
No, we have made the system extremely user-friendly. You only need to sell wristbands and hand out any rewards. The game is self-explanatory and can be played independently.
The wristbands are reusable and do not need to be charged. With intensive use, they typically last about 2 years. Replacement wristbands can be easily ordered through our online portal.

JB-Tag Solutions offers you the opportunity to enter into a 'Pay Per User' partnership with us. We provide the play system completely free of charge and ensure continuous system updates and online support. For a low monthly licensing fee of just €149.00, plus a small fee per wristband sold, you can benefit from our innovative play system without any upfront investment.
At the entrance counter, you can offer the Tag wristbands as an additional option for a fee of around €3.00 to €4.00. You can expect that approximately 15-20% of all your playing visitors will opt for the indoor Tag system at your play venue.
By partnering with us through a 'Pay Per User' model, you start benefiting from the very first Tag wristband sold. There are no purchase costs for the JB-Tag play system. We charge a low monthly licensing fee of €149.00 (excluding VAT), plus a small fee of €1.25 per registered Tag wristband. Additionally, you get free access to the JB-Tag service and support contract, ensuring guaranteed playtime fun for your visitors.

Delivery, Installation & Support (6)
JB-Tag Solutions delivers the JB-Tag terminal worldwide, fully installed on a pallet (approximately 120 x 100 x 180 cm). The pallet will also include the lights, mounting components, and wiring with adapters.
By appointment, we are ready to assist you with the installation of the JB-Tag play system. Together with you or your technical staff, we can have the system up and running within half a day or an evening.
For installation, an internet connection and access to a few power outlets (220/110 volts) are required. It is also recommended to determine in advance the desired location for the portable registration terminal (approximately 90 x 90 x 180 cm) and the placement of the lights.

We would appreciate knowing the date and time when you plan to have the play system installed or when you intend to install it yourself. Beforehand, we will provide you with instructional videos that are designed to be very user-friendly. These videos will cover practically all the information you need. Additionally, through FaceTime or phone support, we can assist you with any questions or issues, ensuring that the JB-Tag play system is up and running in your play structure as quickly as possible.
When you purchase the system, you gain access to your own Tag Solutions Portal. Here, you can view game data and manage system settings. If you ever find this challenging, we are happy to assist you.

No, Wi-Fi is not required for the play system to function properly, as the system operates within its own network, although the JB-Tag registration kiosk does need to be connected to the internet.
The play system is equipped with all necessary certifications (CE – FCC – EN 71). Additionally, the lights are powered by low voltage.
JB-Tag closely monitors your installation. We aim to fully relieve you of any concerns. Whether you’ve chosen a collaboration contract or a purchase, we always strive to prevent issues in advance through updates or adjusting settings. If unexpected issues arise, we are directly available through our customer portal. You can easily submit a ticket, and we will address it as soon as possible. This could include questions about configuration options or a request for advice for you or your staff. Together, we will aim for an unforgettable experience for the players and a streamlined revenue source for your organization.

When entering into the collaboration, we also provide several advertising/marketing tools. These include a standee (display) to place in front of the entrance desk. Because the JB play system makes your play center competitive, it's a good idea to promote the system frequently on your website and social media as well. We also provide all the digital media we have created for this purpose. You are free to use them as you wish.
