JB-Tag brings new energy to Monkey Town Amersfoort-Noord
Three weeks ago, Monkey Town Amersfoort-Noord installed the innovative JB-Tag game system. Today, we’re visiting this popular indoor playground to find out how the new system is being received by both staff and visitors. Sanne, an enthusiastic team member at Monkey Town, gave us a tour and shared her experiences.
Fun and active challenges
With the JB-Tag game system, children can collect points by tapping their wristbands against the interactive lights scattered throughout the play zone. Sanne, who has a background in sports education, believes it's important for kids to stay active: “JB-Tag really encourages them to do just that. The blue light gives the most points, so they run and climb as fast as they can to those spots to score high. They come back sweating and having the time of their lives.”

The new JB-Tag game system offers Monkey Town not only an exciting attraction, but also strategic advantages. “The added value for us is being able to offer something unique in our play park,” says Sanne.
“Children no longer get bored or act out. Now we see them coming up with tactics to score as many points as possible and break the daily high score.”
Due to the success of the JB-Tag system, Monkey Town is planning to adapt its birthday party concepts. “We want to start offering JB Tag & Run as a standard part of our parties. It’s clear the kids are incredibly excited about it,” Sanne adds.
Active play for all ages
Monkey Town aims to give visitors of all ages an unforgettable day out. The youngest children, up to age 4, can play safely in the Toddler Zone, while children aged 4 and up can climb and explore in the Fun House. The JB-Tag system adds an exciting new dimension to the experience. “We’ve noticed that children between the ages of 5 and 12 are especially enthusiastic about using JB-Tag,” says Sanne.
