Innovation at Jumpsky in Ghent with JB-Tag
In the first week of September 2024, we had the opportunity to install the JB-Tag play system at Jumpsky in Ghent. Curious about their experience, we stopped by to see it for ourselves. Surrounded by excited children, Jelle shared his thoughts with us.
Innovation with JB-Tag
At Jumpsky in Ghent, it’s all about fun, movement and innovation. As Jelle puts it: “Just jumping quickly becomes routine, you have to keep innovating to keep surprising your visitors.” Through a contact already familiar with the interactive system, Jelle got in touch with JB Tag Solutions. The JB-Tag system was installed in early September, adding a new layer of interaction and fun to the park.
“The system is easy to use,” Jelle explains. “Kids buy a wristband at the entrance, register at the JB-Tag terminal, and collect points while playing. Each colour gives a different number of points, and when they’ve earned enough, they win a fun surprise!”

"Because of our special effects, it’s sometimes a bit dark in here, so the interactive spots really stand out. They grab attention immediately!"
Playful light spectacle
The JB-Tag system immediately grabs attention at Jumpsky, especially thanks to the interactive spots that add a playful vibe to the space. “Because of our special effects, it can be a bit dark in here, so the interactive spots really stand out. They instantly catch the eye,” says Jelle.
Although visitors already respond positively to the system, he sees plenty of opportunities to give it more exposure: “We haven’t integrated it into our kids’ party package yet, but that’s definitely something we want to work on,” he confirms. “It would be a great extra for our guests.”

The right step into the future
For Jelle, adding JB-Tag was a natural choice to further innovate Jumpsky. “It fits perfectly with what we want to achieve: an interactive and challenging environment that not only entertains visitors, but also encourages them to come back,” Jelle says enthusiastically.
He firmly believes in the power of innovation and sees the JB-Tag system as the ideal way to enrich the play experience. “Even our youngest visitors often jump high enough to reach the spots, which makes the system accessible for all ages.”
