Monkey Town Enschede: Kids' Parties with JB-Tag

Monkey Town Enschede is the perfect spot for a fun family day out. Recently, we had the pleasure of installing our innovative JB Tag & Run system here. The staff at Monkey Town Enschede, Fabienne and Majoeska, warmly welcomed us and eagerly shared their positive experiences with our interactive game system.

The Success of JB-Tag

The JB-Tag game system offers kids an exciting challenge. By holding their wristbands up to the interactive lights throughout the play area, they can collect points. These points can be exchanged for fun rewards. At Monkey Town Enschede, children earn a refreshing slush puppy after reaching 25,000 points. Fabienne and Majoeska happily share how the kids keep coming back to play again and again to improve their scores and win that coveted slush puppy.

"The JB-Tag system has truly elevated our kids' parties to the next level."

Unforgettable Kids' Parties

Fabienne leads us to the picnic tables already set for the next day’s parties. “Monkey Town Enschede is the perfect venue for kids’ parties. Adding JB-Tag has made these celebrations even more fun and exciting; it has really taken our parties to a new level. The children are thrilled and fully dive into the game. The team element adds extra fun, making every party a real success,” Fabienne says with a smile.

Growing Popularity

To promote JB-Tag, we provide a wide range of marketing materials, including an eye-catching sign for the reception and various online marketing assets for the website and social media.

Monkey Town Enschede has also actively helped with promotion. “Besides the promotional materials from JB Tag Solutions, we designed and printed our own flyers to give JB-Tag even more exposure. We’ve noticed this really increased excitement among our visitors. More and more children want to try the game, which boosted our sales,” Majoeska confirms.

Maintenance and Technical Challenges

Although installing the JB-Tag system went smoothly, a minor technical issue arose with the power supply. Majoeska explains: “We noticed one side of the light sensors wasn’t working, which was disappointing. Fortunately, we could contact JB Tag Solutions directly through the customer portal to fix the problem.”

JB Tag Solutions aims to provide full support, whether you have a service contract or made a purchase. Issues are prevented as much as possible through updates or setting adjustments. If problems arise, JB Tag Solutions is ready to assist via the customer portal.
