JB-Tag across the border at Kleoland in Germany

Kleoland is an indoor playground in Kleve, just across the border from Nijmegen. At the center of the hall stands the main attraction: a striking climbing and scrambling structure. One month ago, we installed our JB-Tag system here, and it's been a great success. Sonja, the Dutch manager, says the light sensors immediately grab visitors’ attention. She warmly welcomed us and enthusiastically shared her positive experiences with JB-Tag.

Energetic kids, happy parents

Sonja says promotional materials are almost unnecessary. Visitors spot the interactive features and the dashboard in the play area and get curious right away. “It’s actually a kind of cardio,” Sonja says with conviction. “In between, kids run over to the screen to see how many points they’ve scored. They really get competitive! Parents are happy too because their kids are actively playing.” Sonja enthusiastically explains that most visitors ask about the game immediately and want to play right away. “When one starts, the others want to join in too. You know how it goes,” Sonja laughs.

“It’s great that the game system is provided completely free and that we can rely on online support.”

A unique play experience

With the Tag Solutions Portal, we give customers the ability to manage their own settings. They can:

- Upload their own logo within the play system.
- Upload the prize to be won.
- Set the points needed to earn a prize.
- Determine the maximum playtime.
- Configure the points and colors of the lights.
- Adjust the light effects of the lamps.
- Choose sound effects.

This way, the system is truly personalized and tailored to each customer’s wishes. For Sonja, this is a big plus: “It’s really nice to personalize elements. We added our own logo and set the language to German. Our next step is to add animal sounds to make the experience even more fun!”

No investment costs

Another advantage, according to Sonja, is the investment cost—or rather, the lack of it. No upfront investment is required. Children buy a TAG wristband for a recommended price of €3 alongside their entrance ticket. Part of this amount goes to us, and part goes to you as the provider. This way, you generate extra revenue and profit right away.

“It’s great that the game system is provided completely free and that we can count on online support. When there was too much tension on the light sensors, they stopped working. Ruben from JB Tag Solutions came the very next day to fix it. Since then everything has been working perfectly,” Sonja says contentedly.
