More play value with JB-Tag at Monkey Town Valkenswaard

In 2024, we installed the JB-Tag game system at Monkey Town in Valkenswaard. We were eager to hear the first reactions! So we went out to find out if the new interactive game is also popular in Valkenswaard.

Playing pays off with JB-Tag

We arrived around lunchtime and were warmly welcomed by Pascal, an enthusiastic staff member busy in the kitchen. While greeting us, he took a moment to tell us more about the goings-on of the play park. “That’s our main source of income,” he said, nodding towards the steady stream of incoming orders. “When the children are busy playing, parents often take the time to order food or drinks. We definitely benefit from that.”

Monkey Town Valkenswaard has also found another smart way to increase their revenue, thanks to JB-Tag. Pascal didn’t hide his enthusiasm. “The great thing about Tag & Run is that it hardly adds any extra work for us, but we earn from every band sold,” he explained. “The game is super fun for the kids and an extra income stream for us.”

"With so many loyal players, it’s time to vary the prizes again, so they have a new goal to work towards."

Players keep coming back

Pascal enthusiastically explains how simple and effective the game is. “Kids immediately understand what it’s about,” he says, pointing at the registration kiosk. Using special wristbands, they activate the interactive spots and collect points. “The more interactive lights they find, the higher their score, making it more challenging each time.”

Pascal also notices that many children come back regularly to play again. “They come straight to the counter to buy their band, ready to improve their score,” he laughs. “With so many loyal players, it’s time to vary the prizes again, so they have a new goal to work towards.”

Kids’ parties with JB-Tag

We asked Pascal if they offer the Tag & Run game during kids’ parties as well. “Yes, definitely! They can also book it online,” he replied enthusiastically. He shared that children immediately get curious when they see others playing. “As soon as one child starts, the others want to join too, and before you know it, we’re selling more and more bands,” Pascal explained with a smile.
