Monkey Town Enschede: Kids' Parties with JB-Tag

Monkey Town Enschede is the perfect place for a fun family day out. Recently, we had the pleasure of installing our innovative JB Tag & Run system here. The staff at Monkey Town Enschede, Fabienne and Majoeska, warmly welcomed us and enthusiastically shared their positive experiences with our interactive game system.

The Success of JB-Tag

The JB-Tag game system offers children an exciting challenge. By holding their wristbands up to the interactive lights scattered across the play area, they can collect points. These points can be exchanged for fun rewards. At Monkey Town Enschede, the children earn a refreshing slush puppy after reaching 25,000 points. Fabienne and Majoeska eagerly share how the kids keep wanting to play over and over to improve their scores and win that coveted slush puppy.

"The JB-Tag system has truly taken our kids' parties to the next level."

Unforgettable Kids' Parties

Fabienne leads us to the picnic tables already set up for the next day's parties. “Monkey Town Enschede is the ideal venue for kids' parties. Adding JB-Tag has made these celebrations even more fun and exciting; it has really raised our parties to a new level. The children are thrilled and fully immerse themselves in the game. The team aspect adds an extra layer of fun, making every party a great success,” Fabienne says with a smile.

Increasing Popularity

To promote JB-Tag, we provide a wide range of marketing materials, including a striking sign for the reception desk and various online marketing assets for use on the website and social media.

Monkey Town Enschede has also actively contributed to the promotion. “Besides the promotional materials from JB Tag Solutions, we designed and printed flyers ourselves to put JB-Tag even more in the spotlight. We've noticed this has really boosted enthusiasm among our visitors. More and more children want to try the game, leading to an increase in our sales,” Majoeska confirms.

Maintenance and Technical Challenges

Although the installation of the JB-Tag system went smoothly, a minor technical issue emerged with the power supply. Majoeska explains: “We noticed one side of the light sensors was not working, which was a disappointment. Luckily, we were able to contact JB Tag Solutions directly through the customer portal to resolve the problem.”

JB Tag Solutions aims to provide full support, whether you have a service contract or have made a purchase. Issues are prevented as much as possible through updates or setting adjustments. If any problems arise, JB Tag Solutions is readily available via the customer portal.
