Interactive play with JB-Tag at Airworld in Belgium

In 2024, we visited Airworld, the huge indoor fun park in Bornem, where Dieter warmly welcomed us. After discovering our interactive JB-Tag solutions at a trade fair in the Netherlands, he couldn’t wait to test this innovation in his park!

Taking the step to JB-Tag

Dieter wanted to give his park a fresh boost with an interactive experience, focusing on children from around 8 or 9 years old. His search led him to the IAAPA Expo at the RAI Amsterdam, where he immediately took a liking to the JB-Tag solutions. JB was no stranger to Airworld. “We already knew JB Inflatables from their bouncy castles,” Dieter explains. “But when I heard about this interactive game with a small investment, I honestly thought: there must be a catch somewhere. But nothing could have been further from the truth!” His curiosity took him to Bounce Valley in the Netherlands, where JB-Tag was already in use. “There I saw how eager the kids were. It was amazing to watch how enthusiastically they played. That gave me the confidence to take the leap.”

From trade fair to installation

The IAAPA Expo trade fair took place at the end of September, and less than a month later, just before the autumn holidays, the JB Tag Solutions team was ready at Airworld. Everything was installed within a day. “The team arrived at 8:00 a.m., and by 2:00 p.m. the system was fully operational. Everything went incredibly smoothly!”

Thanks to the clear instructions and user-friendly setup, the team understood the game immediately. “The JB Tag portal is also super intuitive, so now we can set up and personalize everything ourselves. The handover went flawlessly!” Dieter confirms enthusiastically.

Everything arranged with one phone call

The service from JB Tag Solutions is a real plus for Dieter. “With one phone call, everything’s quickly resolved,” he says happily. Still, the play system brings a small challenge. At Airworld, children always wear a wristband to access the inflatable park. “That sometimes causes confusion,” Dieter explains. “They think this wristband controls the interactive lights, but that’s a different band.” He is now considering a simple way to explain this to visitors.

“Well, in Belgium, we tend to be a bit more cautious,” Dieter laughs. “We want to see if it really works well first. But as soon as a few children start playing enthusiastically, you quickly see the rest follow.” The interactive system clearly catches attention, and Dieter wants to promote it more actively to make Airworld an even bigger attraction.
