In 2024, we installed the JB-Tag play system at Ballorig Hoogezand. Curious about the initial reactions, we decided to get in the car and drive to Hoogezand. There, we were warmly welcomed by Roel, who shared his experience and that of the children.

Personalization
When purchasing the JB-Tag system, customers gain access to their own Tag Solutions Portal, where they have full control over settings and game data. “It’s ideal that we can customize everything to our own preferences,” Roel confirms. “Kids also love being able to choose their own name and avatar.”
In the portal, you can upload your own logo, set the prize to be won, and determine how many points players need to collect. You can also adjust the maximum playtime, the color and effects of the lights, and even the sound effects. This way, you create a fully personalized experience for your location!
Service Comes First
At Ballorig Hoogezand, good service is a top priority, and that’s something we fully support. Roel, the owner, stresses that he highly values the satisfaction of his visitors. “If something isn’t working as it should, it needs to be fixed quickly,” he says.
Two weeks ago, the lights of the JB-Tag game at Ballorig Hoogezand started flickering, which bothered Roel. “It was a bit frustrating because I want everything here to run smoothly,” he honestly admits. He immediately contacted us, and fortunately, we could solve the problem quickly. Now that everything is working properly again, Roel is confidently looking forward to the autumn holidays. “It’s truly a great, interactive addition!”
