The JB-Tag game system offers children an exciting challenge. By scanning their wristbands at the interactive lights spread throughout the play zone, they can collect points. These points can then be exchanged for fun rewards. At Monkey Town Enschede, kids are rewarded with a refreshing slush puppy once they reach 25,000 points. Fabienne and Majoeska enthusiastically share how children keep coming back to play, eager to improve their scores and win that coveted slush puppy.

Fabienne takes us to the picnic tables, all set for the next day’s birthday celebrations. “Monkey Town Enschede is the perfect spot for kids’ parties. With JB-Tag, these parties have become even more exciting and fun it has really elevated our birthday experience. The kids are totally into it and lose themselves in the game. The team aspect brings an extra layer of fun, turning every party into a hit,” Fabienne shares with a smile.
Increase in popularity
To help raise awareness of JB-Tag, we offer a wide selection of promotional materials, including a striking sign for the front desk and various online marketing assets for websites and social media.
Monkey Town Enschede has also played an active role in promotion. “Alongside the promotional material from JB Tag Solutions, we also created and printed our own flyers to shine even more light on JB-Tag. We’ve definitely seen it spark extra excitement among visitors. More and more kids want to try the game, and it’s led to a solid boost in our sales,” says Majoeska.
Maintenance and technical challenges
While the installation of the JB-Tag system went smoothly, there was a minor technical issue with the power supply. Majoeska explains: “We noticed that one side of the light sensors wasn’t working, which was a bit of a letdown. Luckily, we could immediately reach out through the JB Tag Solutions customer portal to get it fixed.”
JB Tag Solutions is committed to making things easy—whether through a partnership agreement or a one-time purchase. Most issues are proactively prevented through updates or settings adjustments. And if anything does come up, JB Tag Solutions is just a message away via the customer portal.
